CARLEY

Carley is our passionate founder, she is devoted to fostering growth at Fusion Living and maintaining high standards in all areas of the business. Carley has a vibrant energy that is accompanied by an incredibly optimistic outlook, and she embraces any challenge that comes her way. When she's not running the business she can be found spending time with her family and finding new restaurants to recommend.

MICHELLE

Michelle has a breadth of experience in customer service and is dedicated to helping our lovely customers and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Michelle is a buzz of energy with a fabulously positive attitude and is always up for a challenge.  When she's not helping customers choose chairs she can be found clocking steps up on walks, spending time with her family and planning her next sunny holiday.

IAN

Ian oversees the smooth operation of the warehouse, serving as a quality control expert who guarantees that all our products are dispatched in impeccable condition. Ian tackles daily challenges related to stock and inventory management while overseeing the warehouse operations. When he's not at work, you can often find him doing some DIY and cooking up a storm. 

ALI

Ali is our Marketplace Executive she guarantees that all our products are listed with precise information, facilitating a smooth shopping experience on our website and other marketplaces. Ali possesses a unique blend of creativity and technical skill, allowing her to develop the perfect formula for her work. When she's not managing inventory, you can catch her sewing, baking delicious goodies and enjoying quality time with her family.

GED

Ged assists Ian in the warehouse by carefully packing orders, ensuring that our valued customers receive their deliveries on time and without errors. Ged is always eager to lend a hand and spreads positivity wherever he goes. When he's not assisting in our warehouse, you can often find him renovating homes or enjoying time with family, typically at the pub.

LOIS

Lois is our Digital Marketing Executive, responsible for managing all of our digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms. Lois brings her creativity to all areas of her life, and when she's not at work, you can catch her performing on stage with her local amateur dramatic group, dancing and filming TikTok’s.

MATT

Matt also assists Ian in the warehouse, carefully packing orders to guarantee timely and precise delivery to our valued customers. Matt is full of stories, and when he's not lending a hand to our warehouse team, you can find him enjoying quality time with his family or taking leisurely walks around our local village.
